It sees the projects of the team you sign in to. Pass a project name in the chat and Claude can search or save to the right one.
Will chat decisions show up in my editor?
Yes. A decision saved from Claude.ai is a memory like any other, so Claude Code, Cursor or Codex find it the next time they search.
Is my chat sent to Retain7?
No. Only what Claude chooses to save through the memory tools is stored.
