Who counts as a member?
Anyone who belongs to the team, whatever their role. Viewers count too. Agents and tokens do not.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Owners subscribe, cancel or resume from the Billing page. A canceled plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
What counts as a search?
One memory_search call from an agent. Searches in the dashboard are free and unlimited on every plan.
How do I pay?
By card through our payment provider, Dodo Payments, which also handles invoices and tax.
